Selecting 'practice mode' gives you a warning - you can not expect bots, but you can try out tanks, trucks and weapons without your team complaining.

Choosing sides - autoselect during online play drops you in the army with least players, here it is just random.

As a soldier, you are dropped on a spawnpoint of your choice, though here I am only spectating on the empty map.

A typical (?) Russian village in the winter. The water tower would be frozen solid, unless it's filled with Vodka.

Indoors it might be made cosy, just wash the blood off the walls...

... and maybe change the decorations a bit.

This time I choose a soldier driving a GMC transport truck. Spawn point is on top of map (N)

Looking good, soldier! The transport is called by the players team to move infantry soldiers. You cannot exit the vehicle as a driver, so I hope you don't need to go to the outhouse.

The inside of the truck cabin. There are 7 free seats for a squad to use.

A small radio station in a log bunker on the Russian side, with food and drink on a side table. This is where a commander would reside I guess.
