The Good
Three huge environments to explore around. Lots of little secrets to be discovered in free roam mode. Physics in this game are fantastic. The actual driving is top tier. The extra driving minigames are fun. Fantastic music. Police car AI is hilarious. The replay editing feature is also tons of fun to mess with. Some creative mission design here and there.

The Bad
Undercover mode has WAY too many shootouts. They are boring and slow. Some missions are stupidly long. Game tends to crash. Glitches are also frequent, though only a small handful will halt progress. On foot/swimming is sloooow. This game did NOT need boats, man. Sailing around on flat water for ages is so boring

The Bottom Line
Fun open world playbox to mess around with. Good story mode? Not so much.
