Straightforward but intriguing horror adventure

The Good
Relatively simple and straightforward, yet very intriguing and atmospheric. The environments are consistently creepy, the gradual storytelling through optional notes found in various locations works pretty well and adds to the mystery, the overall feeling of solitude and vulnerability hits rather hard.

The Bad
The biggest problems the game has are probably with the puzzles. Some of them are just too simplistic, which might have been forced by the straightforwardness of the overall tunnel-based design. On the other hand, some of the exploration needed to find certain items and progress can be a bit too vague and confusing (although it's definitely not quite as bad as it could've been).

The Bottom Line
In the end, Inunaki Tunnel is a really interesting experience, even if it doesn't quite live up to its potential. 6/10
