Windows screenshots
The title screen. This opens in full screen mode but the game can be played in full screen or windowed modes
Starting a new game, the character selection screen
This screen is displayed after the character has been selected and named, it is a summary of the game's objectives; Get Stuff; Kill everyone else: Escape
A load screen
The start of the tutorial. All basic movement and equipping of weapons is keyboard controlled. The mouse is used to aim and weapons as well as to strike/block in combat
Hand to hand combat against a training bot
The tutorial has clear instruction screens like this which are followed by an exercise where the player puts the theory into practice
Holding the mouse key charges an object so it does extra damage. Here a dumbbell has been charged and is being used to destroy a training bot. Very pretty
Gun boxes appear in the tutorial as they do in the game. If there is no key then the player can destroy the box. If there is a key then holding it makes the player visible to all others
The gun box key is the least realistic item in the game so far - however it's not something that's going to get lost. The first key drops from the helicopter when the game starts
The keyboard controls are used to pick up and equip an item but the mouse is used to aim and throw it
The tutorial even covers the end-of-game escape sequence
This is what a successful conclusion to the game should look like
Another load screen
The main game screen, after the tutorial and before the action starts
The daily reward screen. Our character finally gets some clothes, its only a hat but its a start
Character stats screen. Everything is set to zero because there's been no combat yet
Looks like there are in-game purchases to be made
The game ranking screen
The in-game configuration options
