2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa is the official mobile game of the tournament. The game is an adaptation of FIFA 10 and has the same gameplay. The main difference is that it allows the player to play through the full World Cup competition, with or without qualification. When choosing to play the qualification any international team can be selected. There is also an option called My World Cup where the player can enter the competition with any team and where the opposition is randomly chosen. A new game mode is the Free Kick Challenge which consists of 12 rounds with the aim of scoring two free kicks in each. The Be A Pro mode from FIFA 10 is here called National Hero and works mostly the same way.
