Description

Daigasso! Band Brothers P is a music game in Japanese.

The game contains a variety of different instruments, which are combined selectively in order to compose a song. Among multiple kinds of instruments, one player chooses one instrument to play it by press correct button at certain time point, just like other music games. That is the origin of the game series' title: "Daigasso" means "Grand ensemble" in Japanese. The game primarily focuses on multiplayer.

Besides the songs included initially within the game, players can compose their own songs and share them to other players' Nintendo 3DS console through local wireless network.

Before the game server's closure on May 1, 2020, players were able to download and purchase songs from the game server using the in-game fictitious currency "tomato", or play instrument with other players online. Before March 21, 2017, players was also able to upload songs composed by themselves to the game server.
