Moby ID: 149876

You've just entered another world. A world of fabulous riches, unbridled sorcery, and no end. Your adventuring parties may work together or break up and fight one another. Over 200 monsters are waiting for a chance to kill your characters in dozens of exotic ways. If the monsters don't get you, the traps most certainly will.

A few features that only hint at the marvelous world of Bronze Dragon: * Five classes - Knights, the "here's mud in yer eye" heroes who carve up the nastiest monsters in the blink of an eye, Shifty, underhanded Assassins, creeping through shadows. sneaking around corners, and skewering unsuspecting creatures. Ninjas that can leap across rooms and cripple victims with machine-like martial arts blows. 'Elders who can restore wounded characters in one turn and conjure storms the next. Wizards transmuting items, lighting up rooms, removing curses, raining down chaos, and summoning up protective shields.

* Four races - Elves. with their high agility. intelligence, and the ability to detect evil in other beings. Humans possess all around good ability scores and the means to approximate the value of any object. Dwarves have high strength and constitution in addition, to their power to know how far above or below ground they are. Halflings hurl objects with amazing accuracy.

* One module - Seekers of the Storm. Quite simply. it's the finest role-playing adventure ever created for a microcomputer. It requires an equal share of hack 'n slay and puzzle solving to reach its climactic conclusion. In other words, a minimum of 30 hours.

* Twelve plots - When (or if) you finish the module, the computer can generate an infinite variety of castles to suit 12 unique "plots." Each plot takes about 10-1.5 hours to solve.

* Lots of stuff - Over 50 weapons. Over 100 spells. 10 martial arts modes. 3 haggling merchants. Over 20 types of armor. Over 200 monsters. Gems. Jewels. Furniture. Money. Brooches. Barrels. And on it goes and goes and goes. . .

Bronze Dragon is like . . . well, it's kind of hard to explain. Imagine a text game with the most versatile combat system of all time. Whether you consider yourself a role-playing fanatic or just a casual gamer, BD will dominate your life from the moment you purchase it.

Haven't you tired of other games (even good ones) after a few weeks of play? Isn't it about time you CONQUERED INFINITY?
