Like its predecessor, Boku to Joi no Shinsatsu Nisshi is an adult kinetic novel, a type of visual novel that features a linear storyline with no player choice or interactivity. However, the player is free to progress through the story at their own pace, with options to advance through scenes manually or automatically.
