Dinosaur

Dinosaur is a 1-player text-based strategy game for the TRS-80.

You are a tyrannosaurus rex. This means you are very strong. It also means you are very hungry, You must roam the prehistoric land looking for food. The player can search in the hills, plains, or swamps. Each search attempt increases the dinosaur's hunger, and the player can die from starvation if they do not eat. They will randomly encounter different dinosaurs, which have varying strength. The player can choose to attack or flee, and in combat they have an option to perform a defensive claw or an attacking bite. If the player wins the combat, they will eat their prey, and lose hunger, they will also become stronger and hungrier, allowing them to take on larger prey.
