Cowboys & Aliens

Cowboys & Aliens is a 2D action game for mobile phones based on the graphic novel of the same name. As they escort a stagecoach to Silver City, cowboys Zeke and Verity are attacked by Apache Indians while passing through their country. While fighting his way through the Apache camp Zeke witnesses the abduction of some Apache warriors by a UFO. Soon after this, the place is swarming with aliens and Zeke has to find out what is going on.

In the game players control the cowboy Zeke. The gameplay includes running on foot and gunning down various enemies, including native Americans and aliens. Enemies use both range and melee weapons. Jake also has a whip which he can use to pull enemies closer and finish them off or ripping away their shield. The whip can also be used for swinging over gaps. In some sections, the player will ride a horse, bison or alien craft. The game also has a section on a moving train where Zeke has to evade traps and sneak past guards. Three difficulty levels are offered.
