Lithium City is an exquisite example of one man’s dogged persistence in hand crafting a short, but memorable Indie Game experience.

Digital Chumps (8 out of 10)

Lithium City’s neon violence is a fountain of ideas that expands until it explodes. Its objective may be to clear tricky bad guys out of hostile rooms, but its justification is to force creative and spontaneous solutions out of an evolving set of kinetic problems. What’s left on Lithium City’s table is a full meal served in a medley of exquisite morsels.

Geeky Hobbies ( )

My recommendation for Lithium City comes down to two things. If you aren’t really interested in the fast paced twin-stick shooter/beat ’em up gameplay I don’t see it being the game for you. People who enjoy these genres though should love the game. The question then becomes whether you should pick it up right away or wait for a sale. That all depends on how important length is to you. The game is great while it lasts, but it only lasts 2-3 hours so those who prefer longer games should maybe wait for a sale. If length is not that important to you though I think Lithium City is well worth your money.

Geeks Under Grace (7.5 out of 10)

Lithium City is a polished and satisfying cyberpunk beat 'em up with thoughtful mechanics and some very frustrating difficulty spikes.

Player 2 (B)

A short, sharp isometric action game set in a futuristic cyberpunk cityscape. Bringing to mind the likes of Titanfall 2 and SUPERHOT, Lithium City provides an experience bursting with new ideas from beginning to end.
