Regional differences

The later released Japanese version had some changes made to differentiate it from the US version. The Japanese version has a new All-Star game mode and a Watch mode added. The 26 teams of the American and National league were changed to the 12 teams of the Central and Pacific League, Fake product advertisements were added behind home plate and some the in between animations were changed. Also, after a ball is hit the game no longer instantly switches to a view of the outfield, instead the ball is tracked by a scrolling overhead camera.
