Jurassic Boy
Description
Jurassic Boy is an unlicensed bootleg platformer vaguely imitating Sonic the Hedgehog. It stars Chen the Dinosaur, whose family was abducted by the time-travelling Dr. Crachi. The game features a ring loss system similar to Sonic, and some loops to run through, but otherwise does not play much like the Sonic platformers, e.g. lacking a rolling move or a spindash. Some of its seven stages have branching paths and multiple exits, which can take you to different stages (with one exit even going back to the first stage). The Game Boy Color version adds boss fights at the end of every stage.

Confused Identity
The box and title screen for the NES version disagree on the game's title: Jurassic Boy is the name on the package, whereas Jurassic Boy 2 is the name on the title screen. Jurassic Boy 2 appears on the package and title screen of the Game Boy Color version.
Ending Text (Spoilers!)
In the NES version, the ending text is very difficult to read because it is cut off and scrolls quickly. It reads: "For escaping Chen's revenge, the contemptible Crachi runs away by his maching (sic). What Chen can do is standing there and doing nothing. But, will Crachi give it up like this? To be continue........"
