Description

Abyss Boat is a survival game in a similar vein as Resident Evil. It features mostly dialogues, exploration and some light combat. The game was not for sale, and instead was only distributed to members of the Leaf Fan Club.

The protagonist John Oakland is working with his father Bill, a professional shipwreck salvager, when they encounter the wreck of the New Hampshire, a passenger ship that disappeared five days earlier. The ship is drifting underwater, neither rising to the surface nor sinking deeper. Somehow there is still air aboard the ship, and the lights are still on. John, his father, and a group of volunteers enter the wreck to investigate. Soon after they enter the shipwreck, someone destroys their diving equipment so that they are stuck inside the wreck, and terrifying creatures start attacking.
