Description

Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events is a puzzle adventure game based on the 2004 theatrical film of the same name, which in turn is based on the first three instalments in the series of children's novels of the same name. Players assume the role of the three Baudelaire orphans (Violet, Klaus, and Sunny) and must use the unique talents of each child to foil their evil guardian Count Olaf's plot to steal their family inheritance.

Players can switch between control of each of the three orphans at any time in order to use their unique abilities to solve the puzzles in each chapter. Violet is the tallest of the orphans and can combine objects to create new contraptions; Klaus is the strongest of the orphans and an avid reader; and Sunny can fit into tight spaces that her siblings cannot due to her small size and can bite items with her four powerful teeth. The game contains five levels set in three locations.
