There is an automatic save. Here it saved after the end of the training mission. I later played, and died, on the first mission and all that progress was lost

This is my character. The triangles indicate that something can be done, I can sleep on the bed and I can change my outfit in the wardrobe

This is the hub of the organisation. Here I can use points to buy a new outfit, better weapons, bits of equipment etc

I'm buying warm weather gear because the first mission is on a cold planet

The first mission briefing

Just before departure on the first mission the teacher pops up to say that in this room, which is just next door to the portal, I can access all our accumulated weapons, equipment and outfits
