It contains no new ships, skills, items, monsters, or quests.
(Which you would barely notice because new features are added all the time, for *free* as Approaching Infinity continues to develop!)
But it looks nice:

This DLC currently contains 5 different user-interface remodels, changing the appearance of every menu in the game.
