You can receive a special Pikachu by choosing “Get via Internet” from the Mystery Gift feature in your game, up until February 28th, 2023. If you download the downloadable version of Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet from Nintendo eShop by February 28th, 2023, you can receive a serial code for the Adventure Set, which includes items (like Potions) that will come in handy on your adventure with your Pokémon.
