This is the puzzle box in its default, untouched state.
The screw in the bottom left can be removed by clicking on it.
Placing the screw in the pin hole unlocks the first panel.
Behind the panel is "lights on", a Lights Out style puzzle.
When the puzzle is solved, the button in the top right lights up, which when pressed reveals a slider.
Moving the slider reveals one of the box's hidden draws.
Pulling out the draw reveals a sudoku puzzle, which must be solved to get one of the codes for the combination lock.
