Whodunnit?

Whodunnit? is a 1 - 6 player strategy game for the VIC-20.

It is 7:15 PM, and 12 guests have come together for drinks at Murder Manor. However, one of them has more than drinks on their mind. You are Inspector Hard of the Yard. Your task is to find the murderer of the victim who was discovered at Murder Manor last night.

The game contains a cast of 12 characters, and 1 - 6 players can be detectives. Each detective can have 200, 400, 600, or 800 action points to solve the mystery. Every question asked of witnesses costs 2 points. The detectives take turns interviewing the 11 remaining guests, and can ask where they were at a specific time, who they saw at that time, what weapons they may have seen, and ask about what motives different characters may have had for murder. When the player thinks they know the culprit they can try to solve the crime and come up with a guilty or innocent verdict.
