Krptar

Krptar is a 1-player side-scrolling arcade game for the Commodore 64.

Endangered friends and neighbors in your land above the equator have had a tough time finding the secluded lair of some drug dealers living and working deep in the tropical jungle to the south. They have been raising forbidden plant life and concocting illegal brews. These terrible suppliers must be caught, and their deadly deeds stopped. As Principata of the cities in your country, you decide to man a "search and fight" helicopter. You quickly find the fields and manufacturing plants, but are besieged by protector ships.

Played from a side perspective, the player controls a helicopter than can move in all directions. The helicopter can fire straight to the right. Enemy vessels approach from the front and behind, and the player must destroy 8 enemy radar ships to advance to the next level. The player starts with 3 lives.
