FreeStyle Street Basketball

FreeStyle Street Basketball is an online multiplayer sports game where you compete in basketball with other players. The main playing modes are based on the streetball rules on a half court but simplified as 5-on-5 basketball. There is arcade gameplay with RPG elements instead of simulation, so physics are simplified to encourage a faster pace. The game uses cel-shaded with a cartoon style. The soundtrack consists of r&b and hiphop tracks.

First you create a character with one of the three main positions: forward, guard or center. Then you choose the name, gender, face type, body type and height. Multiple characters can be created. They have attributes that are increased by gaining experience and leveling up. Unique skills and abilities become available gradually. The player distributes attribute points, equips skills and chooses outfits.

The player can compete with other players online in matches one-on-one, two-on-two, three-on-three on a half court in leagues based on the character level. It is also possible to participate in tournaments or and single matches playing five-on-five.
