Crossbow
- Crossbow (1983 on Arcade, 1988 on Atari 2600, Commodore 64...)
Description
Crossbow is an educational game that teaches fractions. The player must enter a fractional number to hit a target on the screen. The game offers three difficulty levels. The first level is meant for children or beginners and offers an on-screen ruler that helps understand the fraction that needs to be entered. The second level shows the ruler only after four misses, and only allows fractions of the lowest common denominator. The most difficult level already gives the player a fraction and requires the addition or subtraction of another fraction to get to the right result.
