Description
Golf is a 36 hole golf simulation for the TRS-80 CoCo.
An overview of each hole and the golfer's position is displayed on the screen. Holes have fairways, trees, sandtraps, and greens. The player selects their club and type of shot by typing a 3 character code to choose from 9 different clubs, which determine how far a shot will go, and whether they want to shoot short, medium, or long with that club. A directional marker is then rotated around the player's position to choose the shot direction, and the ball can be seen moving on the screen. The goal is to reach the hole in as few shots as possible, and the game tracks shot count over 36 holes.
