4K Invaders
Description
4K Invaders is yet another rendition of the classic arcade Space Invaders, this time made to fit in 4Kbytes of BASIC. There are rows of hostile aliens flying over your ground defense gun and shooting at you while slowly approaching. Acting as a means of defense, four barriers absorb a finite number of shots before disintegrating. You can move left, right and shoot at the enemies and your task is to dispatch every single one before they reach your position, which ends up in a game over. When a stage is completed, a new one begins with raised difficulty.

Trivia
This game was made to participate at the 2015 4K CoCo Programming Challenge. Entrants should submit a game written in stock 4Kbyte Tandy Color Basic. The competition was never completed, but several games were indeed written by enthusiasts, several of which can be found and downloaded for free.
