Star Jammer

Star Jammer is a 1-player arcade game for the Dragon 32/64.

The destruction of a mining outpost was the Federation's first warning of an attack by alien ships from a distant galaxy. As leader of the only squadron of fighters in the area, your first priority is to stop the alien fleet before it reaches the colonized planets.

Played from a 1st-person perspective, the player tries to shoot down incoming enemy ships. The goal is to maneuver the enemy ship into the crosshair at the center of the screen. There are several enemy ships, including: H-wings, X-wings, leaders, scouts, and commanders. The player can shoot five shots at a time before requiring to recharge, and has limited shielding. After each sector is cleared, the player enters a stargate to a new sector, and their shields are recharged.

Bonus fighters are awarded at 10,000 and 50,000 points.
