Start location. IMPORTANT: IF the timer in the middle runs out it's game over! The 'Question Mark' icon teleports you to a random location.
Stand in front of the 'Ladder' icon, then push the joystick down and press the 'Fire' button at the same time. Now go back and forth to the top of the ladder until it's done!
