Activision patch

Activision offered a patch, called the Activision All-Star Hockey Team, as a prize for this game. However, the requirements for this patch was different that other games. You had to beat the computer in Game 1 however, you did NOT have to send in a photograph of your TV screen as proof. For this game, you sent Activision a letter telling them the score. The letter must be signed by you and a witness who saw you beat the computer.
