A novelization of Haunted Casino was released in February 1997, which was written by Rei Futami and published by Geibunsha under their Virgin Queen Novels imprint.

Ports

A Windows PC version of Haunted Casino was announced by publisher Societa, but does not appear to have been released before the company went defunct in 2003.

Rating

Haunted Casino was, alongside Mahjong Yonshimai: Wakakusa Monogatari the same day, the last released Saturn game to get a red label X rating from Sega before the category was discontinued and Sega stopped allowing explicit nudity in Saturn releases. The game's marketing played up this angle, describing the game as "The last 18+ game. The last erotica. There's no more they could show you."
