Description

Flight Simulator is a flight simulation game for the Dragon 32/64.

The player is a passenger of a light aircraft on a normal domestic flight, when suddenly the pilot is taken ill. They are the only person left on the plane who has any chance at all of bringing it down safely. The player can choose to take the final landing approach, or full simulation where the player must navigate the plane to the landing site.

Played from a 1st-person perspective, the player must use their throttle and elevator to control speed and altitude. The aircraft has a maximum speed of 400 knots, and will stall below 130 knots. The player can control flaps to reduce stalling speed as they get within five miles of their destination, but if they go too fast at full flap or the landing gear engaged the plane will be damaged.
