The Peter Scott Trilogy
Description
The Peter Scott Trilogy is a collection of three previously unreleased multi-screen, side-view arcade puzzle games for the BBC Micro.
Network: The object of this game is to construct the Flynche machine by collecting all 20 parts while avoiding or shooting aliens. The player can jump a short distance and fire directly forwards. There are moving platforms, springs, dangerous floors, ladders, elevators, and other dangers to navigate. The game world extends into a large maze over many screens, and teleport machines allow rapid movement. The player has limited health and fire power. They lose a life if health hits 0.
Pandemonium: The object of this game is to collect all 12 pieces of The Core while avoiding or shooting aliens.
Yoyo: Some hacker with a satellite has caused the player to become trapped inside the computer game they were playing. Yoyo can move left, right, and jump. Yoyo can also temporarily enact a force shield that destroys enemies that contact it. The player has limited energy, but regains this by collecting valves. The goal is to collect every valve over 75 screens. If the player touches an enemy they lose a life, and starts with six lives.
