Bloody Call

Bloody Call is a Japanese otome visual novel which takes place in the fictional city of Grazheim, a place where a secret war is unfolding between humans and race called the Hanki which wields supernatural powers.

The story follows Futaba Hijiri, a girl who lives an ordinary life until she comes home one day to find her house ransacked and her mother missing. The intruders move to attack her, but two beautiful twin men called Reimei and Shirou come to her rescue, revealing that her father had entrusted them with keeping her safe after his death. Futaba discovers that she has been entrusted with taking over the family business, an organization called Fly Call which is opposed to her attackers, who belong to an organization called NEDE. Both organizations are at the center of a secret war between humans and a human-like species with supernatural powers called the Hanki. Surrounded by new friends and enemies, Futaba will have decide who she can trust to find her missing mother and uncover the truth behind the war.

The gameplay revolves around interacting with characters and periodically making choices which will influence the direction of the story as well as the likability between the player and that character. Likability is represented by a meter on the likability screen and will eventually determine what kind of ending the player gets. The protagonist's name can be changed, but leaving it to the default of Futaba Hijiri will allow the name to appear in the spoken dialogue of other characters. The game features Japanese voice acting for all characters except the protagonist.
