Maji Suki: Marginal Skip

Maji Suki: Marginal Skip is a Japanese adult romance visual novel about a boy's days with a princess from another world.

The player controls Takayuki Kujō, a student at a private school who possesses latent magical powers. When he was young, Takayuki promised a runaway girl named Sheila El Elise that he would save her whenever she got in trouble. Sheila disappeared soon afterwards, only to come back into Takayuki's life years later as another student at his school. As he gets to know Sheila better, Takayuki discovers that she is actually a magical princess from the world of Vanaheim and that she has been in love with him ever since he made his promise to her. Takayuki must now decide whether he feels the same way about her, or whether his heart belongs to one of the other four girls in his life.

Like most visual novels, most of the game is spent reading the text that appears on screen representing the dialogue between the characters or the protagonists' inner thoughts. At specific points throughout the game, the player will come to a "decision point" where they must choose from several options on screen which will determine the protagonist's reaction to an event or a piece of dialogue. Depending on the player's decisions, Takayuki may end up with Sheila, her introverted younger sister Neithright Heithlover, or one of his other childhood friends: Yukina Miyazaki, Tōko Amatsu, or Kanade Misagiri. The game features Japanese voice acting and contains explicit sexual content.
