Thunderstruck

Thunderstruck is a 1-player arcade game with puzzle elements for the BBC Micro and Electron.

The player is a Space Refuse Collector who has been transported by a space/time thunderstorm to an eerie castle. The player wants to get back to Myrtle and the kids, but is trapped in strange medieval surroundings with their Assisdroids who have become hostile.

The player can jump, and move left and right. They start with 650 energy and will die if they take too much damage. Energy can be restored by eating food or solving puzzles. Items can be picked up or dropped one at a time, and these can be used to solve puzzles or exchanged with the eight inhabitants of the castle for other items. A lift allows the player to move between the eight levels of the castle.
