In the animated introduction we see Mace Griffin when he was a Space Ranger. It's fair to say he's a very unhappy character who'll kill anyone because, as he says, 'Who wants to go to hell alone?"

Mace starts the mission with his own objective. He is armed with a rifle and an electric stick. Other weapons can be picked up from dead bodies
