Bed Bugs

Bed Bugs is a 1-player game for the BBC Micro and Electron.

The player's bed has been invaded by fleas and bed bugs, who are going to eat the player alive. The pests start at the top of the screen, represented by a large bed, and begin to move towards the bottom, where they can bite at the player's feet. To defeat the bed bugs, the player can select from false teeth or a jam sandwich. The player must be careful as the false teeth can bite the player's toes if used at the bottom of the bed, and the jam sandwich leaves stains all over the bed. The sponge can be used to clean up jam, and the player can use the telephone to call for help when overwhelmed. If the player is bitten eight times by a flea or once by a bed bug, it's game over. Also, if the player gets out of bed by moving off the bottom of the screen or runs into jam three times, it's also game over.
