Windows screenshots
When the game runs for the first time it displays this information screen.
The main menu screen, other game options are accessed via the menu bar.
The first stage of the Flight Planner process. It usually starts with selecting a departure airport.
This screen shot shows the airport selection process. Central Africa is not the intended destination, the player needs to scroll through all countries to get to the USA
When the player finally selected the USA as a destination country the game found over four thousand places to land. This is too much to display as the handy information window says.
Having selected the starting point and the destination the player uses the software to generate a route. This is then displayed on the map, which the player can zoom in/out of.
There are detailed information sheets for each aircraft. This is for the Piper Navajo 350 Chieftain
Before departure the aircraft must be configured. This is the fuel load screen
The plane's passenger and cargo weights must be entered so that the correct amount of fuel can be loaded. Here the weight of the aft cargo is being altered.
The player sets the weather conditions for the trip in this, the Environment screen. Here three layers of cloud have been set and strong gusting winds have been added.
