All versions of The Guy Game are not allowed for distribution in the US by the devellopers & publishers, courtesy of a temporary injunction order filed against the publisher and developers by one unnamed coed who turned out to be 17 at the time she appeared in the game. She faked an ID to participate. The trial and appeal did not resolve the question as to whether Topheavy had produced child pornography in violation of obscenity laws under the Texas Penal Code. While this meant that the game had to be pulled from shelves, the developers apparently managed to release a DVD with all the original footage and more, entitled The Guy Game: Game Over!
