Alpine Games

The Good
Gameplay: this cart contains 10 "Winter Olympic" events such as speed skating, skijump, etc. If you are a fan of California Games or 2600 Decathlon, this is a cart for you. I found that the gameplay varies widely from one event to the next. Some events I just plain don't care for, but others are a lot of fun. I particularly like Biathlon, Slalom, and Snowboard. 8/10

Graphics: The jewel-like graphics are fantastic, especially in the racing events. The graphics blow away some of the 16-bit consoles' best graphics. Outstanding,really. 10/10.

The Bad
Sound: Well, this is where the cart falls down. I'm not big on sound effects and in-game music, but even so, the efforts here are underwhelming. 5/10

The Bottom Line
It is a really beautiful game. I don't think anyone can argue that this is not the best looking, most technically impressive game for the Lynx.
