William R. Fisher's Beyond the Spirit's Eye
Description official descriptions
William R. Fisher's Beyond the Spirit's Eye takes players back once again to ShadowCrest, the town introduced in The Romantic Blue by the same creator.
After the success in Shadows of the Servants, a gypsy witch summons the player to ShadowCrest to solve a problem which has been plaguing the town since the 1960s. Captain Marcos, a sea captain and treasure hunter, found a large black gem and brought it home to ShadowCrest. Unbeknownst to Marcos, his treasure contained the Eye of Arcarous, a cursed item protected by guardians who followed him and unleashed its curse upon the town. Insanity, vampirism and death soon followed but not before the Eye was hidden. Now the skeletal guardians still seek its location.
Beyond the Spirit's Eye is a horror-themed adventure game played using a first-person perspective. The game features exploration, finding items and clues as well as solving puzzles. Graphics are composed of full color stills with video cutscenes and animations with sound effects and music. It is played using a mouse, but a keyboard is needed for some player input.
