Description official description
Ainevoltas is a small freeware 2D platformer with some very minor RPG elements. Players control Justin as he needs to defeat the demon Azazel that has infested a castle. He can jump and attack. By ducking for some time, health is restored automatically. Defeating enemies fills up an experience bar. When it is full, skill points can be used to upgrade strength, health and jump power.
The castle features different rooms such as a library, the kitchen, the main hall, and some can only be accessed when a certain level has been reached or when Justin can jump high enough. Health can also be restored through hearts and books provide additional experience points. There are three difficulty levels: Normal, Elite and Hero.
The game was later remade and largely extended in the sequel Ainevoltas II.
