The beta key included in the package was originally for Command & Conquer: Arena, a game that was subsequently cancelled as such before having some of its parts utilized in the 2010 Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight. The screen on the registration page resembled both logos that were revealed for C&C: Arena.

The deadline for registration was February 13th, 2009.
