World Fables

World Fables is a conventional real-time strategy game with a unconventional setting. The world of fables is reigned by four fairy tale characters in their own kingdoms: Red Riding Hood and her high tech world, the last of the Three Little Pigs with his goon squad, the magical land of Humpty Dumpty and the witch from Hansel and Gretel. When the Three Goats find the magical book of life the four forget their peace and begin a war to claim the book for themselves.

The game is played like many other similar games: Workers collect the two resources which are used to construct buildings. In turn these are used to defend the base or to get more troops. There are four campaigns with ten missions each. These missions have varied goals, e.g. rushing the enemy, defending the base or reaching a village. When the player explores the map he can find additional troops. The leaders of the kingdoms are playable and have special abilities.
