Alpine Skiing 2005
Description official description
Ski Alpin 2005 is a action oriented sports game which simulates downhill skiing, slalom, giant slalom and super giant slalom. The game is completely controlled with the keyboard (except for the menus) - the player only has to move, accelerate and jump. In comparison to reality the courses are easier regarding flag position, with easy difficulty the player also is allowed to miss up to five ones.
The game also features a career mode where the player creates his own athlete and starts in the lowest league. Ultimately the goal is to become the best athlete in the world. After successful races the player gets experience points and prize money. The latter is used to buy better equipment, the former to improve the four skiing skills which influence the performance. There are 48 courses in 12 locations.
