Stargate: Resistance

Immediately after the release of the game, parent company Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment filed for bankruptcy. In May 2010 the foundation of Fresh Start Studios, LLC was announced, an entity based on a joint venture agreement in March 2010 to deal with the funding issue, unpaid wages and creditor issues for the game. In the same month the development and maintenance of the game was tasked to Dark Comet Games, LLC - a studio founded by the original development team behind the game.
