Atari ST screenshots
Title screen.
Passwords can be used to skip ahead.
Level 1.
Level 3.
Windows screenshots
The game loads to this screen. Big, simple and bright.
The Information option gives the games developer credits for the Digital Nightmare team
When the player logs in they are offered the chance to play a tutorial
Start of level 1. No where to go really. There are blocks all around. Better just pick up the coin and then the bomb
Use the bomb to blow up the grey block - now Knuddle can get out and explore
Still trapped - but he's got another bomb which has been cunningly planted to dispose of that grey block
The pale blue tiles are ice, once on them Knuddle slides and cannot be steered in any way. The white square is a switch. The red arrows mean Knuddle can only move in that direction to exit that square
The switch has revealed another switch in the bottom left of the picture. The exit is the wooden looking thing in the lower centre of the screen with a big hole in front of it
Ah! The second switch replaces the holed tile with an ice tile, now to escape to the next level
So here Knudddle can collect a green key, and on some grey blocks is a green key hole. Could there be a connection with the green forcefields and will the guys in furry hooded jackets be friendly?
Gt the key. Now the two exits can be seen and they are completely blocked off
Unlocked the forcefield. The guard chased Knuddle around for a while. Knuddle got ahead of him and is going for the switch
The switch made a bomb appear - well Knuddle knows what to do with that
Next level. The lines on the tiles mean that they will crumble when walked on so its important to keep moving. The plan is to grab the key, unlock the door and run to the switch
Everything's going to plan so far
The switch must have done something. Unfortunately it turned into a crumbly tile and Knuddle fell through. That's it. Sudden death. The game will restart at this level though.
Should the player choose not to continue they're treated to a hideous 'Game Over' screen.
Its difficult to read but this is the Hi-Score screen, and as it thoughtfully says along the bottom - "You have not been good enough"
From a later level, showing blocks with spikes in them and other blocks shooting energy beams
Are we missing some important screenshots?
