WoT is highly moddable. Here the popular XVM mod's additions to the pre-battle loading screen show statistics for each player and a probability of the player's side winning.

The game got a big overhaul with the 9.0 patch in April 2014, including the addition of the Havok physics engine. Here the new standard garage is shown.

Some tanks have had new HD models done in patch 9.0, like this SU-100.

There are now 7 nations: US, Germany, USSR, UK, France, China and Japan. Compare this to screenshot 11!

Early 2018 saw the release of version 1.0 with vastly improved HD graphics, as seen in this desert map

Version 1.19 is the current version, and the garage has been replaced by a muddy field

The tech tree has also expanded, with the addition of Czechoslovakia, Poland, Italy and Sweden to the roster.
