Operation Rainfall
A large fan campaign called Operation Rainfall was formed in order to convince Nintendo of America to localize Xenoblade Chronicles, The Last Story, and Pandora's Tower. Though all three games were eventually released for American markets, it is unclear how much of an impact the campaign had on Nintendo of America's decision to do so.
