A 100% uncut version of the game, featuring contents present in the U.S.A. release of the game, has been made available in Germany with a USK rating of 16+. This is unusual as games with a high rate of violence like Lollipop Chainsaw are usually rated 18+ or not at all, even after self-censorship of the publisher. Interestingly enough, the PEGI rating is 18+.
