Lord of Twilight is the first installment in the Aveyond 3: Orb of Magic series and the third game overall. It is a turn-based RPG where players have to solve puzzles and complete tasks, which progresses the storyline and helps the characters level up. The game is shown through an almost top-down perspective. The game contains five playable characters: Mel (spy), Edward (prince of Thais), Stella (healer), Te'ijal (vampire), and Galahad (knight). The story starts with Mel, a thief, who steals an orb from Darkthrop Keep. She is chased by vampires and meets Te'ijal (from the first game), who helps her out. They have to return the orb and prevent all evil from being unleashed.
